After accumulating economic strength, the organization has continuously extended its black hand to the real estate and mineral processing industries, and adopted illegal and criminal means such as extortion, trouble-making, forced trading, and destruction of production and operation, illegally controlling many private enterprises in Panzhihua City and other provinces and cities, bullying private entrepreneurs, embezzling and seizing enterprise assets, and seriously disrupting economic and social order.
