The responsibilities of each position in the Social Security Bureau are as follows:
1. Social insurance declaration and registration: handle pension insurance declaration and registration for insured units and individuals. Do a good job in computer entry of basic data of units and individuals, and establish a database of basic data of insured units and individuals. Handle pension insurance business such as new insurance, renewal, transfer-in, transfer-out, sealing, unblocking, death, etc.;
2. Social insurance payment verification: Responsible for verifying the number of contributors and payment of insurance units Cardinality. Keep track of the monthly payment status of insured units, be responsible for reminders, and feedback the reminder information to the audit department and the pension insurance department. Conduct a thorough investigation of the payment ability of insured units and establish a dynamic database of unit payment abilities;
3. Social insurance financial accounting: Responsible for the collection and payment of pension insurance funds, and handle fund collection and collection confirmation procedures. Responsible for the daily payment of insured units and individuals, and do daily reconciliation work. Responsible for handing over various payment bills with the Fund Management Department;
4. Approval of basic pension insurance benefits: Responsible for the approval of normal retirement benefits for employees participating in pension insurance. Responsible for the preliminary review of early retirement qualifications of insured employees. Responsible for the calculation of pension insurance benefits and the adjustment of pension insurance benefits for retirees.
Legal basis: Article 10 of the "Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China"
Employees shall participate in basic pension insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic pension insurance premiums.
Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in basic pension insurance in the employer, and other flexible employment personnel can participate in basic pension insurance, and individuals pay basic pension insurance premiums.
The pension insurance regulations for civil servants and staff managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law shall be formulated by the State Council.
