What is the comprehensive land price of Yancheng demolition area?

On May 19, 2020, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province issued the Notice on Publishing the Minimum Standard of Comprehensive Land Price for Land Expropriation in Jiangsu Province (Su [2020] No.44), stipulating that the minimum standard of comprehensive land price for agricultural land collectively owned by farmers in the province is: 64,000 yuan/mu for the first-class area, 55,000 yuan/mu for the second-class area and 47,000 yuan for the third-class area. The implementation standard of comprehensive land price for land requisition formulated by various localities shall not be lower than the minimum standard of comprehensive land price for land requisition stipulated by the provincial people's government.
