This time we plan to recruit 430 staff from public institutions, including 200 from schools affiliated to the Education Bureau and 230 from hospitals and health centers affiliated to the National Health and Family Planning Commission (including personnel Agent 187).

Four. Recruitment objectives and conditions

(1) Candidates should meet the following conditions at the same time:

1. Applicants should have Ningjin County household registration, or their spouse or parent should have Ningjin County household registration , or have applied to our county’s Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Education Bureau; applying for high school and vocational school teacher positions can be relaxed to Xingtai household registration. 2017 college graduates are not subject to household registration restrictions;

Basic procedures for online registration:

1. Written test

The scope of the basic knowledge test is mainly textbooks from ordinary high schools. Comprehensive knowledge accounts for 30% and basic knowledge accounts for 70%. The examination contents for applying for teacher positions in the disciplines of music, dance, physical education, art, computer, automobile operation and maintenance include comprehensive knowledge of education regulations, pedagogy, psychology, teaching materials and teaching methods, and professional ethics.

The examination content for applying for medical positions includes basic medical knowledge such as internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, biochemistry, pathology, nursing, anatomy, traditional Chinese medicine, public health, etc., and tests the basic medical knowledge that meets the requirements of the position. Quality and competency elements, including medical ethics, health law, forensic science, doctor professional ethics, etc.

The examination content for applying for computer information management positions in county-level hospitals is "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" and "Professional Ability Test."

(3) Written test score inquiry: The written test results will be announced before September 11, and candidates can log on to the registration website to check. Interviewers will first undergo a qualification review, which will be determined based on the ratio of 1:1.5 in the job recruitment plan (1:1.3 according to county-level hospitals) and the written test scores for the positions applied for, and will be rounded to one decimal place. (4) The results of the qualification review will be announced on September 13. Interviews for positions in hospitals and township health centers are conducted in the form of structured interviews, which mainly test the overall quality and related abilities of the candidates.

The interview will be scored out of 100 points and will be scored on site. The interview score will be scored using the "gymnastics scoring" method. One score and the lowest score will be removed, and the average of the other scores will be used as the interview score. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.

3. Calculation method of total score

Total score for school teacher position = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%.

The total score for applying for positions in hospitals and township health centers = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%.

(3) Inspection and physical examination

According to the ratio of 1:1 between the number of recruits and the number of applicants, candidates for inspection and physical examination will be determined in order of total scores from high to low. If the final total scores in the ratio are tied, those who will enter the inspection and physical examination will be determined in the following order: those with higher interview scores, and those with higher academic qualifications (degrees).

For those who enter the inspection and physical examination, the political and ideological performance, moral character, professional ability and work performance of the proposed personnel will be mainly examined.

The physical examination items and standards for applying for school teacher positions are implemented in accordance with the "Hebei Province Physical Examination Standards and Methods for Candidates Applying for Teacher Qualifications". The physical examination time is 65438 + October 9. The physical examination items and standards in hospitals and township health centers are implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants", and the physical examination time is 103.

(4) Publicity

Candidates who pass the examination, inspection, and physical examination will be publicized on the "Ningjin County Personnel Examination Network" for 7 working days. If there are any problems in the announcement that affect the employment, the qualifications for the proposed employment will be cancelled. After the expiration of the public notice period, those who meet the employment conditions will be identified as candidates for employment. (5) Employment and related benefits

Candidates will be selected in order based on professional (discipline) position and overall performance. County hospitals and township hospitals will select candidates separately without overlapping with each other.

All open recruitment personnel are managed on a hiring basis, signed employment contracts, and have a probation period in accordance with relevant policies. After the probationary period expires, the employee will be officially hired after passing the assessment. No transfer is allowed within five years (personnel agents are not subject to restrictions).

The wages of personnel agents employed by county hospitals, hospitals of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, women's and children's hospitals, Phoenix Central Health Center, and Dongwang Central Health Center are determined according to public institution standards, and pension, medical, and work-related injury insurance are determined according to enterprise standards.
