1: Apply for reconsideration
The victim or informant may apply to the original handling organ for reconsideration and provide new evidence for re-examination.
Step 2 complain
The victim or informant may directly file a complaint with the court and request the court to hear it. If the court considers that it meets the conditions for filing a case, it shall accept it.
3. Administrative treatment
If the case involves dereliction of duty or dereliction of duty by the administrative department, the victim or informant may complain to the relevant department and demand administrative sanctions against the responsible person.
