Does the criminal record affect three generations?

General criminal records will not affect three generations, only immediate children. Criminal records will affect children's participation in conscription, state-owned enterprises, institutions, civil service examinations, police schools and military schools. Civil servants are generally not employed if they have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been expelled from the Party. Therefore, breaking the law will have an impact on children's future employment, but it will not affect three generations.
