Zhuozhou lawyer's fee standard

Legal analysis: Lawyer's fee refers to the service fee charged by lawyers to legal clients. According to the type and region of the case, the charging standard adopts the methods of piece-by-piece charging, proportional charging according to the amount of the subject matter and time charging. The method and amount of lawyer's fees shall be determined by the lawyer and the client through consultation within a certain range. Lawyers cannot collect other fees from clients without permission, and lawyers should follow the principles of openness, fairness, voluntary compensation, honesty and credibility.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Lawyers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), lawyers must abide by the Constitution and laws, and strictly abide by lawyers' professional ethics and practice discipline. Lawyers' practice must be based on facts and take the law as the criterion. Lawyers' practice should be supervised by the state, society and the parties concerned. Lawyers' legal practice is protected by law, and no organization or individual may infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of lawyers. Article 4 The judicial administrative department shall supervise and guide lawyers, law firms and lawyers' associations in accordance with this Law.
