Organizational structure of Nanyang Municipal Bureau of Justice

Responsibilities of the Office of the Bureau of Justice:

To assist the leaders of the Bureau in organizing and coordinating the daily work of the organs; To formulate medium-and long-term development plans and annual plans for judicial administration and organize their implementation; Collect, analyze and feedback all kinds of judicial information; Responsible for judicial administrative investigation and drafting of comprehensive manuscripts; Responsible for judicial administrative news propaganda, secretarial work, archives, confidentiality, letters and visits, statistics and information network construction; State-owned assets of management organs and their directly supervised units; Responsible for the equipment of the judicial administrative system and the logistics services of the organs; Responsible for the management and service of retired cadres of organs and directly affiliated units.

Responsibilities of the Legal Publicity Section of the Bureau of Justice:

Formulate the city's legal publicity and education and legal governance planning and organize inspection and implementation; To guide the city's foreign-related legal publicity and the governance of counties (cities, districts) and industries according to law; To undertake the daily work of the leading group for popularizing law and governing according to law; Participate in the comprehensive management of social security.

Responsibilities of the Lawyers Management Group of the Bureau of Justice:

To organize the formulation of relevant measures for the development planning and management of lawyers in the city; To manage the lawyers, lawyers' institutions, social legal advisory services and foreign lawyers' institutions established in our city; To manage and guide the legal advisory work of the city's administrative organs, enterprises and institutions; To guide the city's legal aid work; Organize and coordinate the defense work of major cases; Responsible for the daily work of the Bar Association.

Duties of the Notary Administration Section of the Bureau of Justice:

Formulate the overall planning of notarization work in the whole city and organize its implementation; Manage the city's notaries and notarization institutions, and supervise and inspect the quality of notarization services; Examining notarization affairs involving foreign affairs, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; Responsible for the daily work of the notary association.

Responsibilities of the Law and Regulation Section of the Bureau of Justice:

Supervise and inspect the law enforcement work of the city's judicial administrative system; Responsible for administrative reconsideration and responding to lawsuits; To guide the legal construction of judicial administrative organs in counties (urban areas); To formulate the city's legal education plan and organize its implementation; Manage and guide the city's judicial expertise for social services. Responsibilities of the grass-roots work section of the Bureau of Justice:

To organize the formulation of the overall planning of the people's mediation work in the city, guide the grassroots people's mediation work in the city, and undertake the daily work of the people's mediators association in the city; Guide, supervise and inspect the judicial and administrative work at the grass-roots level; Manage and guide grassroots legal service offices, and be responsible for the daily work of grassroots lawyers associations; To manage and guide the work of "148" legal service hotline; Responsible for the resettlement and education of released prisoners and those who have been released from reeducation through labor; To manage and guide the work of township judicial mediation centers.

Responsibilities of the Political Department of the Judicial Bureau:

To guide the ideological and political work and team building of the city's judicial administrative system; Responsible for the city's judicial examination; To be responsible for the management of personnel, labor and wages of organs and directly affiliated units; To be responsible for the evaluation and declaration of police ranks in the judicial administrative system; To assist the relevant departments in organizing the evaluation and recommendation of professional and technical positions of notaries and lawyers; Assist the county (city) to manage the leading cadres of the judicial administrative organs.

Legal Aid and 148 Responsibilities of the Judicial Bureau Center:

Provide legal aid to those who meet the conditions of legal aid: 1, answer legal advice, draft legal documents and provide legal advice; 2. Criminal defense and criminal litigation agency; 3. Civil litigation agent; 4. Administrative litigation agent; 5. Non-litigation legal affairs agency; 6. Provide free legal advice to all sectors of society.
