1. Recruitment positions
(1) Recruitment system for the internal institutions of the New Town Management Committee (Category B positions): This recruitment involves 5 positions and 14 people.
(2) Recruitment system for management service agencies under the New Town Management Committee (Category C positions): This recruitment involves 12 positions and 53 *** personnel.

2. Recruitment conditions
(1) Basic conditions:
1. Have Chinese nationality, abide by the constitution and laws, and have good political quality and moral character .
2. The age requirement is under 35 years old (that is, born after 1987 65438 + October 21 (inclusive)); among them, doctoral graduates must not exceed 40 years old (1982 65438 + October 21 (inclusive)) born later).
3. Applicants for Category B positions must have a master's degree or above, and a bachelor's degree recognized by the national education administration department, or an equivalent degree certified by the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Service Center to study abroad (project investment) The position requires a full-time undergraduate degree or above, or an equivalent degree certified by the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center to study abroad, and more than 2 years of relevant work experience).

(2) Description of work experience requirements
1. The calculation period of working years is up to June 31, 2023, calculated on a full year basis (if the cumulative working years reaches 12 months, Treated as 1 year).
2. The applicant’s part-time job, internship and social practice experience while in school are not considered as work experience.
If the working years are interrupted, the working years shall be deducted from the interrupted working years and calculated according to the actual working time.
3. To apply for a position with years of work experience, applicants must provide proof of the corresponding years of work experience, specifically the corresponding labor contract and basic pension insurance payment voucher (the official seal of the social security department is required).

3. Recruitment process and related arrangements

(2) Registration and pre-qualification
1. Announcement release and registration time: 1 October 2023 to 17:00 February 13 (Registration system opening time: 65438 October 21 February 13)
2. Registration website: Log in to Xi’an to register online.
3. Registration method:
(1) This recruitment adopts online customized system registration and preliminary qualification review. There will be no on-site registration, resume mailing, face-to-face presentations, etc. will not be accepted.
(2) Each applicant is limited to applying for one position. Applicants must fill in information, upload corresponding materials, and submit registration according to the requirements of the registration system.
After the registration information is successfully submitted, it cannot be modified (there is only one registration opportunity). Please fill it out carefully to avoid unsuccessful registration due to personal reasons.
4. Applicants who successfully submit will enter the online preliminary review waiting list.
The online preliminary qualification review will begin simultaneously with the opening of the registration system. After the registration deadline, the online preliminary review time will be postponed to 17:00 on February 16.
5. Applicants must correctly upload the information required for the preliminary qualification review in the registration system, as follows:
(1) A recent frontal photo of the person without a hat;
(2) Scanned copy of ID card (within validity period) or other valid identity document;

7. Notes:

(3) First appearance
1. The initial time and form shall be subject to notification;
2. The first full score is 100, and the score is 75.
After the preliminary examination, based on the results of the preliminary examination, the ratio of the number of recruitment plans for each position to the number of people who have passed the review shall not exceed 1:20, and the candidates who have passed the review will be determined from high scores to low scores. Those with tied scores in the end will enter the written examination. If the ratio of each position is less than 1:20, all candidates will enter the written examination.

3. The preliminary test scores are only used as the basis for entering the written test and are not included in the comprehensive score.
(4) Written test
1. The time and location of the written test shall be subject to notification;
2. The duration of the written test is 120 minutes;
3. The full score of the written test is 100 points, and the score line is 60 points (inclusive). Those who do not reach the score line will not be allowed to advance to the next stage.
After the written test, the ratio of the number of planned recruitment positions to the number of applicants will not exceed 1:3, and the candidates with the highest score to the lowest will be determined to enter the next stage. Those with tied scores will enter together.
Compared with the proportion of unqualified recruitment positions, candidates who have reached the minimum score in the written examination will all advance to the next stage.
(5) Qualification Review
1. The time and place of qualification review shall be subject to notification.
2. Those who fail the qualification review will not be allowed to enter the next stage.
If the qualification review is not carried out at the specified time and place, the qualification will be deemed to have been automatically given up.
For the vacancies caused by the qualification reviewers giving up or failing the review, they will be filled in order from high to low based on the written test scores. If the written test scores are tied during the make-up period, the tied candidates will also be determined as the qualification examiner.
Replenishment is only done once.
3. Materials required to participate in the qualification review:
(1) Original registration form;

Items (3) to (7) above require originals and copies. The original document shall be returned after the on-site inspection, and the photocopy shall not be returned.
4. For formal staff or candidates of government agencies and institutions (including personnel from units managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law) who have agreed with their units to have a service period and the service years have not expired, they must follow the regulations issued by the cadre management agency during the qualification review. The relevant management regulations require the submission of a certificate of consent to apply. Candidates without a certificate of consent to apply cannot pass the qualification review.
5. If a vacancy occurs due to failure in the qualification review or abandonment of the qualification review, the candidates with written test scores above the minimum control score will be filled in order from high to low, and qualified reviewers will be interviewed after a re-examination.
When the written test scores are tied, the tied person will also be determined as the qualification examiner.
(6) Occupational Personality Test
The time and format of the Occupational Personality Test will be subject to notification.
There is no score line for the professional personality test, and the test results are used as a reference for interview assessment.
Anyone who fails to evaluate within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically.
(7) Multiple surfaces
1. The time and place of resurfacing shall be subject to notification;
2. The overall score is 100, and the passing score is 70 .
3. The comprehensive score is 100, and the calculation method is: comprehensive score = written test score × 40% + multiple test scores × 60%;
4. After the re-examination, follow the plan The ratio of the number of recruitment positions is 1:1, and the list of qualified personnel will be determined according to the comprehensive performance ranking from high score to low score.
(8) Physical examination and comprehensive inspection
1. Physical examination
(1) The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)".
(2) After the physical examination, the physical examination institution will issue a detailed examination report.
If the applicant has any questions about the physical examination results, he or she may submit a re-examination application to the competent department responsible for the implementation of the physical examination within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the physical examination report. The retest can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination are subject to the conclusion of the retest.

(9) Supplement
If the candidate fails to participate in the physical examination, fails the physical examination, gives up the employment qualification, or announces that he is unqualified, etc. , the recruitment leadership group will determine whether to fill the position. (10) Publicity and Employment
After physical examination and comprehensive investigation, the best candidates will be selected and announced on the official website of Jinghe New City.
