Lawyers can be changed after the trial. During the trial, the defendant may refuse the defender to continue to defend him, or he may entrust another defender to defend him. A criminal suspect has the right to entrust a defender from the date he is first interrogated or taken compulsory measures by the investigative agency.
Legal objectivity:
In Article 45 of the Criminal Procedure Law, during a trial, the defendant may refuse the defender to continue to defend him, or he may entrust another defender to defend him. Article 44: Defenders or other persons shall not help criminal suspects or defendants conceal, destroy, forge evidence or collude in confessions, nor may they threaten or induce witnesses to commit perjury or engage in other acts that obstruct judicial proceedings. Anyone who violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be held legally responsible in accordance with the law. If the defender is suspected of committing a crime, the case shall be handled by an investigation agency other than the investigative agency where the defender handled the case. If the defender is a lawyer, he shall promptly notify his law firm or the bar association to which he belongs.
