Brief introduction of Liu

Liu was born in Chongqing, 1929. 1946 1 1 admitted to Wuhan university and went south with the PLA in August 1949. He used to be the deputy section chief of the Public Security Bureau of Guilin Municipal People's Government in Guangxi. Since 1954, he has worked as a teacher, lecturer and associate professor in Wuhan Branch of Public Security College and Huazhong Normal University. From 65438 to 0984, he returned to his alma mater, Wuhan University International Law School, to teach in the international law department, and later served as the head of the international law department of the law school. 65438-0988 was promoted to professor, and 65438-0990 served as doctoral supervisor of international economic law.
