In addition, the opinions clarified the working mode and scope of lawyer mediation, realized the full coverage of lawyer mediation from people's courts, county-level public legal service centers, lawyers associations to law firms, and made new arrangements for the scope and funding guarantee mechanism of lawyer mediation. In this way, civil and commercial disputes can be resolved in time, and the contradiction of "too many cases" in the court can be alleviated.
