Article 22
Legal aid institutions may organize legal aid personnel to provide the following forms of legal aid services in accordance with the law:
(1) legal counseling;
(2) preparation of legal documents;
(3) criminal defense and agency;
(4) civil cases, administrative cases, and other cases.
(4) litigation representation and non-litigation representation in civil cases, administrative cases, and state compensation cases;
(5) legal assistance for duty lawyers;
(6) representation in mediation and arbitration of labor disputes;
(7) other forms provided for by laws, regulations, and rules. Article 23
Legal aid institutions shall provide legal counseling services through service windows, telephone, the Internet and other means; remind the parties concerned of their right to apply for legal aid in accordance with the law, and inform them of the conditions and procedures for applying for legal aid.
