Which court will the people of Heyang County be assigned when they are sued?

Heyang County, which belongs to the Heyang County People's Court in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, is itself a grassroots people's court. In principle, ordinary criminal or civil cases within its jurisdiction shall be tried by Heyang County People's Court. There is no problem of being assigned to other grass-roots courts for trial. Of course, if it is a major foreign-related case or a case with great influence, or a case endangering national security or terrorist activities, or a case that may be sentenced to life imprisonment or death, it should be tried by the Intermediate People's Court of Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. 1. Article 17 of the Civil Procedure Law (1) Basic people's courts shall have jurisdiction over civil cases of first instance, except as otherwise provided by this Law.

Article 18 The Intermediate People's Court shall have jurisdiction over the following civil cases of first instance:

(1) Major foreign-related cases;

(two) cases that have a significant impact in the region;

(3) Cases determined by the Supreme People's Court to be under the jurisdiction of the Intermediate People's Court.

Two. Article 19 of the Criminal Procedure Law (1) Basic people's courts have jurisdiction over ordinary criminal cases of first instance, except those that are under the jurisdiction of the people's courts at higher levels according to this Law.

2. Article 20 The Intermediate People's Court shall have jurisdiction over the following criminal cases of first instance:

(1) Cases endangering national security and terrorist activities;

(2) Cases that may be sentenced to life imprisonment or death penalty.

Three. Administrative procedure law 1. Article 14 The basic people's courts shall have jurisdiction over administrative cases of first instance.

Article 15 The Intermediate People's Court shall have jurisdiction over the following administrative cases of first instance:

(1) Cases of bringing lawsuits against administrative acts of various departments in the State Council or local people's governments at or above the county level;

(2) Cases handled by the customs;

(3) Major and complicated cases within its jurisdiction;

(4) Cases under the jurisdiction of the Intermediate People's Court as stipulated by other laws.
