The case file is composed of similarities, differences and connections based on the source, time, content and appearance of the document, including the cover of the case file, the table of contents of the documents in the file, the table of contents of the documents in the file, the table of contents for examination preparations in the file, etc.
The case file cover items include: full case name, category name, case file title, start and end dates of documents in the file, storage period, number of pieces (pages), file number, and case file number. Some countries have unified regulations on the specifications of case files. For example, the cover size and specific location items of case files in my country are shown in Figures 1 and 2.
The directory of documents in the volume is a form of features such as the title of the case file registration document and the fixed order of the case files. It is usually arranged before the files in the volume. The file catalog items in the volume include: sequence number, document number, responsible person, title, date, and page number.
The pro forma files in the file are records of the status of the files in the file and are usually arranged after the files in the file. The main items include: description of the situation within the file, the person setting up the file, the examiner, the time of filing, etc.
