Two, all kinds of martial arts, crafts, gifts and other knives with uncut blades and chamfering radius r greater than 2.5mm do not belong to the category of controlled knives.
Three, Tibetan knives, waist knives, boots knives, shoulder knives and other knives used by ethnic minorities, the scope of control standards shall be formulated by the public security organs of the people's governments of ethnic autonomous regions (autonomous prefectures and autonomous counties) with reference to this standard.
