(2) Persons who have the right to inquire about case information: 1, parties, legal representatives, agents ad litem, defenders and close relatives of criminal cases and criminal appeal cases. 3. Units or individuals with other interests in this case may make inquiries with the approval of the procuratorate. (3) Content of case information available for inquiry: 1. Criminal cases: information that can be made public according to law, such as parties, filing a case, compulsory measures, examination and approval of arrest, examination and prosecution, judgment and protest. 2. Criminal appeal cases: information such as parties, causes of action, cases accepted, cases filed and cases concluded can be disclosed according to law. 3. Civil administrative appeal cases: information that can be made public according to law, such as parties, cause of action, case acceptance, filing and conclusion. (4) Operating instructions: 1. Go through the formalities of identity confirmation. Before the inquiry, the inquirer should bring his ID card, lawyer's card, power of attorney or legal documents related to the case, proof of relationship with the parties and other materials to the case management center of our hospital for identity confirmation. The same case only needs to be diagnosed once. 2. Get the query password. After verifying the identity of the inquirer, the staff of the case management center of our hospital will give the inquirer an inquiry password, which can be used for multiple inquiries in this system or the hall inquiry system. 3. Log in and inquire with your password. After the inquirer logs into the system, fill in the name of the inquired person, enter the inquiry password, and click "OK", and the system will automatically pop up the case inquiry information list, displaying the relevant information of the inquired case. 4. Make comments. After the inquirer inquires about the relevant information of the case, if there are any unknown matters that need to be consulted, or if there are opinions or suggestions, please indicate them in the "Inquirer's Message Column" of the form, and the staff of the procuratorate will give a timely reply.
