1. Simple cases may be handled within a few days, while some complex cases may take months or years to handle;
2, the trial time of the case is also limited, for example, criminal cases generally need to be concluded within 3 months, and administrative cases generally need to make administrative reconsideration decisions within 3 months;
3. The case involves complicated factual issues and evidence collection. Or the attitude and behavior of both parties may also affect the trial time of the case.
Post-processing is generally divided into the following steps:
1. filing review: after the court accepts the case, it conducts a preliminary review of the case materials to determine whether the conditions for filing are met, such as whether the parties have litigation qualifications and whether the litigation request is legal;
2. Hearing: After filing the case, the court will organize a hearing according to law, listen to the statements and debates of both parties, understand the facts and evidence, and further examine the case;
3. Mediation and judgment: After the trial, the court conducts mediation or makes a ruling or judgment according to the specific circumstances of the case. If both parties reach a settlement agreement, the court will confirm the agreement and rule that the mediation is successful;
4. Issuing the judgment: After the court makes a ruling or judgment, it will serve the judgment or ruling on the parties and inform them that they can appeal within the statutory time limit.
To sum up, the handling process after the case is filed is a complicated procedure, involving many legal provisions and procedural requirements. When participating in litigation, the parties concerned should understand the relevant laws, regulations and litigation procedures, actively cooperate with the court's investigation and trial, and respect the court's ruling and judgment. At the same time, when consumers encounter legal disputes, they should consult lawyers or relevant legal service agencies in time to obtain professional advice, which is helpful to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
