3. Recruitment conditions

In addition to meeting the conditions stipulated in the "Management Measures for People's Court Clerks (Trial)", applicants must also meet the following conditions:

1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the Chinese People’s Communist Party and the National Constitution, abide by laws and regulations, have an upright style, and love the work of clerks;

IV. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration

The examination is divided into written examination and professional skills test.

1. Written test (100 points). The written examination is conducted in a closed-book format. It mainly tests candidates’ basic knowledge about the legal profession.

The total score of the written test and professional skills test will be based on the ratio of 5:5. The top 30 candidates will be selected based on the ratio of 1:3 from high to low (those with less than 30 candidates will be determined based on the actual number of candidates) and those with the same total scores will be selected for interviews.

(4) Interview assessment (100 points)

The main content of the interview assessment is to test the candidates' comprehensive quality in fulfilling the duties of the people's court clerk, mainly including comprehensive analysis ability and language expression ability. , adaptability, planning and organization coordination ability, interpersonal communication awareness and skills, self-emotional control ability, behavior and appearance, etc.

The interview fee is 80 yuan.

(5) Physical examination and assessment

After the interview, the total score of the applicant will be calculated based on the weighted ratio of written test score accounting for 30%, professional skills test score accounting for 30%, and interview score accounting for 40%. , determine the candidates to participate in the physical examination according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of candidates to be recruited (if the scores of the last place are tied, the interview scores will be rounded up and down).

The items and standards of the physical examination are based on the city. The Notice of the Personnel Bureau and the Health Bureau on the Issuance of the "Supplementary Physical Examination Standards for Hefei Municipal Institutions" (Herenfa No. 2003254) requires implementation.

The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves

Those who pass the physical examination will be selected according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of candidates to be hired; if there are vacancies due to unqualified physical examination, the candidates will be selected in order from the highest score to the lowest score.

(6) Recruitment

After passing the physical examination and assessment, the candidates to be hired will be announced online for 7 days. The official appointment without objection will be the Shushan District People's Court recruitment. Clerk. Employees should report for work within the specified time. Those who fail to report for work after the deadline and do not report for work after the deadline without valid reasons will be deemed to have automatically given up.

5. Management and Treatment

1. Recruited clerks are managed under a labor contract system. Recruited clerks must participate in pre-job training and have a probation period of three months, which is included in the contract period. The employer signs a contract with the recruiter, and the contract period is set to one year. When the contract expires, the contract can be renewed or re-signed by consensus reached by both parties.

2. For recruits who have not entered the establishment, wages, insurance and other benefits shall be implemented as agreed in the contract, and the annual income shall not be less than 25,000 yuan (including basic pension and other various insurances).
