A senior once pointed out that in negotiations, a truly high-powered negotiator will never be tit-for-tat, but rather it is the inner convergence and **** enlightenment of both parties. What lawyers need is not only to be able to truly perceive from the client's perspective, but also to have an independent legal soul to safeguard each other's interests fairly and pragmatically. A good lawyer not only needs to help at the right time, but also needs to solve problems at critical moments.
The progress of society and civilization is related to the progress of science and technology, and more importantly to the degree of rule of law. It is precisely this that has strengthened my professional beliefs. Because of my love, I am more willing to dig deeper, knowing that the root of excellence does not come from external halo, but from self-breakthrough. When I joined the company, I focused on breadth. After five years in the job, I focused on precision. Slowly, from the popularization of theories at the beginning of my practice to the in-depth study of specific fields, I gradually understood the essence of a legal person. Rigorous and in-depth, we strive to achieve perfection in every detail and strive to break through every legal blind spot. Extensiveness has broad benefits, fineness has its splendor. Refining it to the extreme is the sublimation of the Dharma. Combined with actual practice, it will allow you to understand the soul of the Dharma.
Because of love, we will not be tired. It is common to eventually forget the time, so, even so, you still need to be self-disciplined, exercise appropriately, and have breakfast on time. I remember that in 2014, it was common to get up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight on a business trip. I would shuttle between planes and high-speed rail several days a week. Even so, every time I face the client, I always face it in the best possible condition. A friend once asked me, "Aren't I tired?" When you see the other party resolve conflicts and disputes because of the legal services you provide, you will feel that all the efforts are worth it. The recognition of every client is a sign of respect for every effort you make and a reverence for the law, which gives you a deeper sense of identity and responsibility for the profession you are engaged in. Because you have self-identity, you can become more tenacious and endurance in your belief in adhering to the profession of lawyer.
I dare not say that I am an expert or elite in this industry, but I am sure that I can be regarded as one of the most pious and loving practitioners in this industry. In the past ten years of working in the industry, the company has handled hundreds of projects, and has defended and defended countless unfair lawsuits. All these experiences always make me realize the potential of a legal practitioner to work intensively in a single field, or make me more in awe of what I have learned.
I dare not say that I am an expert or elite in this industry, but I am certainly one of the most devout and passionate practitioners in this industry. In the past ten years of working in the industry, the company has handled hundreds of projects, and countless people have appeared in unfair lawsuits and defenses. These bits and pieces of experience and accumulation can always inspire me to further arouse a legal person's potential to delve into a single field, or in other words, make me more respectful of what I have learned.
Life is short, and there are still decades to come, so we have more to say and do, be cautious in your words and deeds, and be the "steward" of the law! Still insisting: "When the road is rough, draw your sword to help." I will do my best to uphold fairness and justice. This belief has nothing to do with material things, it comes from the heart, from love, and from awe!
---- Through this article, I am full of gratitude for my past lawyer career!
