Xiaolintong

Xiao Lintong, formerly known as Yang Jianzhong, was born in a Peking Opera family in Hunan from 65438 to 0939. He studied opera with his mother Meng Shaofang since childhood. At the age of 3, he took the stage to act and was named a three-year-old child. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, he studied drama and practiced in Lijiaban, Chongqing, benefiting from Li Huibin. Singing in the "Sanmin Theater", the audience called it a "prodigy". He studied under seven Peking Opera masters, including Liu Kuitong and Zhou, and became popular in Beijing and Shanghai. It was once called "the best successor of Qi faction".

1949 Chongqing went to Wuhan to attend the Xiaojing class of Peking Opera Theatre in Central and Southern District. During this period, he studied under Gao Baisui, Chen Hefeng, Dong Junfeng and Yang Pai martial artist Gao Shenglin. 1950 performed in Qingdao Guanglu Grand Theatre, under the guidance of Zhou's brother-in-law Liu Kuitong. Liu Wei named him Kobayashi Tong. Since then, Kobayashi has taken his teachers to perform in Jinan, Tianjin and Beijing, and established Kobayashi Tong Peking Opera Troupe in Beijing. His performance caused a sensation in Beijing for a while. 1953, Xiao Lintong, who was only 13 years old, led a delegation to attack the Shanghai beach, and even performed on the same stage as Zhou, Tang, Li Ruchun and other predecessors, becoming famous in Shanghai in World War I.

1986 settled in Anshan, Liaoning province, and 1992 won the "Mei Lanfang Gold Award" for Walking in Maicheng. But since his retirement in 2002, he has devoted almost all his energy to training successors.
