Is 35% a lawyer’s commission considered high?

Occupation accounts for a large proportion.

In our country, provincial judicial administrative departments have stipulated charging standards for lawyers, which are mostly divided into piece-rate fees and proportional fees. However, only cases involving property disputes or separate property disputes can be charged on a proportional basis.

Due to the uneven economic development in various regions, charging standards vary from province to province, but the highest charging ratio does not exceed 6%. Only risk agents can charge high fees, but the maximum fee cannot exceed 30% of the total property.
