How to deal with intern lawyers?

1. Take the national judicial examination and obtain the legal professional qualification certificate. The National Judicial Examination is held once a year, and you register in June every year, take the exam in September, and the results are released around November. Those who take the national judicial examination and meet the passing standards can apply for the legal qualification certificate. Previous students applied for the Legal Practice Qualification Certificate in June 5438 + after passing the Judicial Examination in February of that year. Generally, the certificate can be obtained in March of the following year. Fresh graduates can apply after obtaining their diploma.

2. Determine the internship unit. After obtaining the legal qualification certificate, if you want to engage in the legal profession, you must apply for a lawyer internship. To apply for a lawyer internship, you must first determine the internship unit, that is, the law firm where you want to intern. What kind of law firm to choose for internship depends on the actual situation of the intern.

3. Apply for a trainee lawyer certificate. After confirming the internship unit, you can apply for a trainee lawyer license. The following materials are required to apply for a trainee lawyer license: (1) Legal practice qualification certificate, (2) Graduation certificate, (3) ID card or household registration certificate, off-site internship residence permit, (4) File custody certificate issued by the personnel department, (5) Political review certificate issued by the police station, (6) guarantee to participate in all internship activities, (7) internship agreement, internship contract, etc. After preparing the internship materials, you can apply for a trainee lawyer license at the Bureau of Justice or the Lawyers Association.
