Article 10 of the "Measures for the Administration of Lawyer Service Fees" Lawyer service fees can be based on different service contents, such as piece-rate fees, proportional fees based on the subject matter, and hourly fees. Piece-rate fees are generally applicable to legal matters that do not involve property relations; fees based on subject matter proportion are applicable to legal matters involving property relations; hourly fees can be applied to all legal matters. Article 11 When handling civil cases involving property relations, if the parties still request contingency agency fees after being informed of the government’s guidance price, the law firm may implement contingency agency fees, except in the following circumstances: (1) Marriage and inheritance cases; ( 2) Requesting for social insurance benefits or minimum living security benefits; (3) Requesting for the payment of alimony, alimony, maintenance fees, pensions, and relief funds; (4) Requesting for the payment of labor remuneration. Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Forensic Identification Fees: Forensic identification fees for industrial-related cases shall be charged according to the lower of the litigation subject amount and the appraisal subject matter, and shall be collected cumulatively in segments in proportion to the subject amount. The specific ratio is as follows (1) If it does not exceed 100,000 yuan, the fee standard listed in the annex to these measures shall be implemented; (2) If it exceeds 100,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan, it shall be 1%; (3) If it exceeds 500,000 yuan and 1,000,000 yuan, it shall be 1%. If the amount exceeds RMB 10,000, the rate shall be 0.8%; (4) If the amount exceeds RMB 1 million to RMB 2 million, the rate shall be 0.8%. (5) For the portion exceeding 2 million yuan to 5 million yuan, the rate is 0.4%; (6) For the portion exceeding 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan, the rate is 0.2%; (7) For the portion exceeding 10 million yuan, the rate is 0.1 %implement. If the subject amount is relatively large, the provincial price department may, together with the judicial administrative department at the same level, set an upper limit for judicial appraisal fees based on local actual conditions. The judicial appraisal fees mentioned in the first paragraph of this article refer to the judicial appraisal fees for cases involving property, which are only applicable to the physical evidence appraisal, documentary evidence appraisal, trace appraisal, and fingerprint appraisal in the judicial appraisal, and are not applicable to other appraisals.
