Can Tik Tok call the police for slandering others in the live broadcast?

There is no provision for the crime of libel in our country's laws, and the situation of insult and libel is serious, which may constitute the crime of libel. Insult and slander on the internet should bear the same legal responsibility as in reality. That is, if the insult or slander is minor, the victim may ask him to stop the infringement, restore his reputation and compensate for the losses. If the circumstances of the insult or libel are serious and are suspected to constitute the crime of insult or libel, the infringer may apply for criminal responsibility. Article 246 of the Criminal Law on the Crime of Insulting and Defaming: Whoever publicly insults others by violence or other means or fabricates facts to slander others, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, public surveillance or deprivation of political rights. The crimes mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be dealt with only if they are told, except those that seriously endanger social order and national interests.
