Article 7 of the "Special Regulations on Labor Protection of Female Employees": Female employees enjoy 98 days of maternity leave, of which 15 days can be taken before childbirth; in the case of difficult labor, an additional 15 days of maternity leave; in the case of multiple births, the maternity leave will be increased by 15 days for each additional birth. If a baby is born, the maternity leave will be increased by 15 days. Female employees who have a miscarriage less than four months into their pregnancy are entitled to 15 days of maternity leave; those who have a miscarriage after four months of pregnancy are entitled to 42 days of maternity leave.
