When I first entered school, I was under great pressure and buried myself in reading all day. After hard work, I won the first place in the first year, and I have been a study Committee member in my class ever since. I also joined the party when I was a student.
1985 after graduating from college, he chose to work in Tibet and was assigned to the notary lawyer management office of the judicial bureau of the autonomous region.

1990, the state began to try out the reform of the lawyer system and encouraged lawyers to move from the government to the market. 1993, 29-year-old Jin Yang left the state-owned firm and established the first cooperative law firm in Tibet.
After graduating from Beijing Youth University for Politics with a major in law, her brother Qun Pei began to work in the Youth League Committee of the autonomous region. Later, Jin Yang mobilized him to be a lawyer. After returning from studying abroad in 2005, he proposed to do some public welfare undertakings such as legal aid. In 2006, with the approval of the judicial department of the autonomous region, Jin Yang registered and established the Jin Yang Legal Aid Center in Tibet, which is the first legal aid center run by lawyers in Tibet.
In 2007, a legal aid workstation for farmers and herdsmen in Tibet was established to provide legal services for farmers and herdsmen's rights protection.
In 2009, the Tibet Legal Aid Foundation was established.
By the end of 20 10, Jin Yang Law Firm had handled more than 3,000 cases of various types, and the adoption rate of defense opinions reached about 80%. He has served as a perennial legal consultant for more than 60 enterprises and institutions in/kloc-0, and saved hundreds of millions of yuan in economic losses for consulting units and parties. Jin Yang also served as a perennial legal adviser to the Lhasa Municipal Government.
