The "Detailed Rules" formulated this time consists of five chapters and 27 articles, which have innovated the methods of compulsory reporting, broadened the subject scope of compulsory reporting and established the working mechanism of clue investigation.

At the same time, the WeChat applet of the "Xiong 'an Unexamined Garden" cloud platform has the functions of feedback, communication, investigation, circulation and supervision, and can also upload photos and videos simultaneously to collect and fix evidence in time.
In terms of broadening the scope of the subject of compulsory reporting, Anxin County relies on the team of observers for the protection of minors' rights and interests 102 1 to give full play to the advantages of observers in different regions and industries, pay attention to and collect clues of compulsory reporting in time, and report to the public security organs and procuratorial organs as soon as possible when finding cases of 14 stipulated in the detailed rules, and stipulate that attention should be paid to protecting the privacy of minors.
In handling criminal cases against minors, the procuratorial organs will carry out compulsory reporting and investigation according to law, carefully examine whether the units and personnel responsible for the case have fulfilled their compulsory reporting responsibilities, and whether there are problems such as whether they should report or not, and establish retrospective accounts to ensure that every case must be investigated. Up to now, Anxin county has investigated and dealt with 3 responsible units, with 17 responsible persons.
In addition, on the basis of stipulating that minors have been or are suspected of being illegally infringed and are in danger of being illegally infringed, the detailed rules also stipulate a series of asking for help and reporting to the procuratorial organs through specific channels, such as paying attention to and collecting clues about juvenile delinquency, serious misconduct or even illegal crimes of minors, compulsory reporting of illegal and criminal clues that are not reported in time, problems that widely damage the legitimate rights and interests of unspecified minors, and problems that damage other legitimate rights and interests of minors, such as education and guardianship.
