Was Zhou Zhenglong wronged in the South China Tiger incident?
The case of Tiger Photo is a serious violation by the People's Court of Xunyang County, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, of the provisions of China's Criminal Procedure Law that judicial organs must follow "the facts of the case are clear and the evidence is true and sufficient" when trying criminal cases based on evidence. According to the tiger case, the facts are unclear, the truth is unknown, the evidence is incomplete, and the physical evidence appraisal is incomplete. Especially in the case that the key material evidence "Zhou" in the case has not been scientifically appraised, and the police's restoration and reconstruction of the tiger photo has completely failed, it is proved that the tiger painting cannot be made as "Zhou Tiger" (that is, it is proved that the tiger painting is perjury), and other evidence provided by the police (including witness, material evidence and my confession) contradicts the objective facts, and there is no guarantee that the facts of the case are consistent with the actual facts. The crime of perjury of tiger painting is based on the fact that it does not conform to the objective facts.
