Introduction of Shaoguan Municipal People's Procuratorate
The People's Procuratorate of Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, formerly known as Yuebei Branch of the People's Procuratorate of Guangdong Province, was established in 1 August, 954/Sunday and1February, 968, and was cancelled due to the "Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution". 1978 Shaoguan City Hospital was re-established to govern the people's procuratorates of Wujiang, Zhenjiang and Beijiang, two county-level people's procuratorates of Lechang and Nanxiong, six county-level people's procuratorates of Ruyuan, Xinfeng, Wengyuan, Renhua, Shixing and Qujiang, and two dispatched procuratorates of Zhongshan and Huanggang in Lechang, Guangdong Province. In 2004, Qujiang County People's Procuratorate was renamed as Shaoguan qujiang district People's Procuratorate, and Beijiang District People's Procuratorate and Zhenjiang District People's Procuratorate merged into Zhenjiang District People's Procuratorate. There are 508 people in Shaoguan procuratorial system, including Huanggang, Zhongshan 13, and the Municipal Procuratorate 1 10. There are 95 policemen, with an average age of about 37. Law graduate 1 person, 4 graduate students from Party School and Academy of Social Sciences, 48 undergraduate students, including 36 law majors and 39 junior college students, including 3 law majors, 3 professional certificates 1 person, and 3 people below technical secondary school. Municipal Institute 18 Department, and its leaders include 1 principal, 4 deputy directors, 1 discipline inspection secretary and 1 director of political department.
