I. Legal professional qualification certificate
Legal professional qualification certificate is commonly known as "lawyer's certificate", and the exam to be prepared is commonly known as "department exam", that is, judicial exam. The national judicial examination is a qualification examination organized by the state to engage in a specific legal profession. Newly appointed judges, prosecutors and lawyers must pass the national judicial examination. The main contents of the examination include theoretical law, applied law, current legal provisions, legal practice and legal professional ethics.
Second, the difference between legal professional qualification certificates A, B and C
The difference between Class A, Class B and Class C of legal professional qualification certificates stems from the relaxation policy of judicial examination.
The application for relaxing the registration qualification shall be based on the household registration at the time of registration, and the household registration code information shall be consistent with the household registration location.
Persons whose household registration is in a place where the qualification conditions for registration are relaxed, who have a junior college degree in law, and whose test scores have reached the qualified score line or relaxed the qualification conditions for registration, may apply for granting B or C legal professional qualifications.
Where the registration qualification is relaxed, those with bachelor degree or above must choose whether to relax the local policy. Those who choose to enjoy the relaxation of local policies and pass the examination can apply for granting Class A legal professional qualification; If the test scores reach the local qualified scores of relaxed registration qualifications, they may apply for granting Class C legal professional qualifications. Those who choose to give up the relaxation of local policies and whose test scores only reach the local qualified score line for relaxing the registration qualifications shall not apply for granting Class C legal professional qualifications.
(Note: Undergraduate students should choose to enjoy the relaxation policy when registering, otherwise they may not apply for granting Class C legal professional qualification.)
Class A: It is suitable for candidates who have registered for a bachelor's degree or above and have a test score of 360 or above. Grade A qualification certificate is common in China.
Class B: It is applicable to candidates who belong to areas with relaxed registration qualifications, who have registered for the law major and scored above 360 points in the examination.
Three, the legal professional qualification certificate registration conditions
1. Persons who meet the following conditions may register for the national judicial examination.
(1) has China nationality;
(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), enjoy the right to vote and be elected;
(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(4) a bachelor's degree in law from an institution of higher learning or a bachelor's degree in illegal studies from an institution of higher learning with legal expertise;
(5) Good conduct.
Autonomous counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of autonomous regions and counties under the jurisdiction of autonomous prefectures; Fourteen counties (county-level cities, districts) under the jurisdiction of concentrated contiguous areas with special difficulties and national key counties (county-level cities, districts) for poverty alleviation and development, as approved by the State Council; Counties (county-level cities and districts) in six central provinces such as Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei and Hunan (except county-level cities and districts that are not the focus of national or provincial poverty alleviation and development work); Counties (county-level cities, districts) under the jurisdiction of nine western provinces and regions, including Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang; Counties under the jurisdiction of Chongqing and Shaanxi provinces (cities) (including key poverty alleviation and development counties at the provincial level and county-level cities and districts enjoying the policies of ethnic autonomous areas); The cities, regions, counties, county-level cities and municipal districts under the jurisdiction of Xizang Autonomous Region can relax the application conditions to a university law degree. The application for relaxing the registration qualification is based on the applicant's household registration at the time of registration. If the household registration is in a place where the registration qualification is relaxed at the time of registration, you can apply for relaxing the policy.

Applicants for academic degree certificates from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements for academic qualifications can apply for the national judicial examination.
2. Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national judicial examination. If they have gone through the registration formalities, the registration is invalid.
(1) has received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
(2) Being expelled from public office by a state organ or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
(3) Being sentenced to two years' imprisonment and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination, or being sentenced to life imprisonment and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination;
(4) Providing false certification materials or obtaining registration by other means.
3. Persons who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificate and Class B legal professional qualification certificate, but have not yet obtained the bachelor's degree or above in institutions of higher learning, may not sign up for the national judicial examination again.
Fourth, the materials required for registration
The applicant shall have the following materials when registering:
1. My valid ID card;
2. My diploma.
My diploma should be available for inquiry or certification on the website of the National College Students' Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center.
20 16 Undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities must hold the format certificate issued by their school (downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Justice) and their student ID card when registering.
Those who apply for a diploma from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must hold a diploma from the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
3. To apply for relaxing the policy, you must have a local household registration that relaxes the registration qualification. When registering online, you should upload the electronic photos of the first page of the household registration book and my page.
4. My e-cert photo.
Applicants should provide their bareheaded photos of electronic certificates in color (red, blue and white background) that meet the requirements of the prescribed format (width 4 13 pixels × height 626 pixels) in recent three months. This photo will be the only photo of my admission ticket, notice of examination results, application form for granting legal professional qualification and legal professional qualification certificate.
5. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ.
