Pan Yuexin has served as secretary-general of the Education Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, deputy director of the Business and Training Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, vice-president and secretary-general of the China Mergers and Acquisitions Alliance (now the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Mergers and Acquisitions Association), and Tsinghua University Law School. Pan Yuexin also serves as an independent director of Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. and a consultant of Sinochem International (Holdings) Co., Ltd.
In May 2011, Pan Yuexin was hired as a judge for the Songjiang University District Entrepreneurship Competition, guiding 16 entrepreneurial teams to participate.
