Article 3 Lawyer services subject to market-adjusted prices may be charged based on the proportion of the subject amount, piece rate, time period and risk, depending on the service content and service objects. Article 4 Piece rate charges are generally applicable to different cases. Legal matters involving property relations; charges based on the proportion of the winning bid amount are applicable to legal matters involving property relations; period fees are applicable to the fees for providing legal consulting services to units or projects within a certain period of time (excluding representation in specific litigation and arbitration cases) ; Time charges apply to all legal matters. Article 5 Standards for charging in proportion to the subject matter (1) Based on the subject matter involved in the dispute, charges shall be accumulated in segments according to the following proportions. These measures shall apply to litigation and arbitration involving property relations. Cases, including civil and commercial, administrative and non-citizen state compensation claims, the charging standards for disputed objects are below 6.5438 million yuan, 3000-6543.8 million yuan, 6.5438 million yuan to 500,000 yuan, 8-6, 500,000 yuan to 5 million yuan. 6-4, 5 million yuan to 20 million yuan and 4-2, 20 million yuan to 654.38. (2) The above standards are the charging standards for first instance (or arbitration) cases, and those for second instance or retrial cases shall be based on the first instance. (3) For individual agency execution cases, the fees will be charged according to the first instance standard. (4) Enterprise restructuring, investment and mergers and acquisitions, company listings, and participation in bankruptcy. (5) Special legal services for real estate projects are charged at 1% of the total project investment. Article 6 Piece-rate fees (1) The basic fee for representing administrative reconsideration and administrative hearing cases, civil and economic cases, and cases where non-citizens apply for state compensation is 3,000-20,000 yuan per litigation stage. (2) Provide non-litigation legal services for businesses involving property relations: 1. Agency writing and consultation on general civil legal matters such as marriage, family, small private loans, etc., charging 200 yuan to 2,000 yuan per case. 2. Review, draft and modify contracts and articles of association, provide credit investigations, issue legal opinions and consultation proposals, participate in project negotiations, and issue lawyer testimony, etc. , the basic fee for each ticket is 3,000-20,000 yuan. (3) If the above-mentioned business involves special circumstances such as difficulty or complexity, the law firm and the client may negotiate the above-mentioned fees within five times of the charging standard. Article 7 If the risk agency fee is implemented, it will generally not be less than 65,438,000 yuan of the target amount, and the maximum fee amount will generally not be higher than 50,000 yuan of the target amount.

Article 8 Hourly charging standards: Hourly charging standards are determined based on the lawyer’s working hours. The specific timing methods and charging standards are determined by the law firm through consultation with the client on the basis of the following standards: Lawyers who have practiced law for less than 3 years will charge at least 1 working hour of 500 yuan. Lawyers with junior professional titles or master's degrees or who have practiced for more than 3 years but not more than 8 years will be charged no less than 1,000 yuan per hour of work. Lawyers with intermediate professional titles or doctorate degrees or lawyers who have practiced for more than 8 years but less than 15 years shall be charged no less than 1 yuan for every hour of work. Lawyers with senior professional titles or who have been practicing for more than 15 years can charge no less than 2,000 yuan per hour of work. If you travel for more than one day, you will be charged according to 8 hours of work per day; the time spent commuting to and from get off work will be charged at 50% of the corresponding standard. Article 9 Periodic expenses (1) Legal consultant for agencies and public institutions is RMB 50,000-500,000 per year. The above fees can be charged within the above-mentioned standard range of 60-200. The specific amount is determined by the law firm through consultation with the client based on the client's legal service workload, work difficulty, business status, additional service costs and other factors, combined with this standard. Article 10 When a law firm negotiates with a client to collect lawyer service fees, it shall take the following main factors into consideration: (1) The working time consumed and additional expenses; (2) The difficulty of the legal affairs; (3) The client's burden Ability; (4) risks and responsibilities the lawyer may bear; (5) lawyer's social reputation and work level. Article 11 Lawyer service fees do not include administrative, judicial, appraisal, appraisal, auction, translation, notarization, expert consultation, argumentation, etc. fees paid to third parties, nor do they include travel expenses for lawyers to provide services. Article 12 In this fee guide, "below" and "within" do not include the original number, while "above" and "not less than" include the original number.
