2. Cases of juvenile delinquency, including those committed by 14 but under 16, are generally not heard in public, and those committed by 16 and under 18 are generally not heard in public.
Under any of the following circumstances, the people's court may broadcast live or record pictures, words, audio and video through television, internet or other public media:
1, with high public concern;
2. Great social impact;
3, the rule of law publicity and education is of great significance.
Public hearing means that the court hears the case and announces the judgment, except for the court's deliberation. This is a basic principle of criminal trial. If the case involves state secrets and personal privacy, and the defendant is a minor, it will not be heard in public; Where business secrets are involved, the trial may be held in private upon application.

Article 11
The people's courts hear cases in public, except as otherwise provided by this Law. The defendant has the right to be defended, and the people's court has the obligation to ensure that the defendant is defended.
Article 188
The people's court hears cases of first instance in public. However, cases involving state secrets or personal privacy shall not be heard in public; Cases involving commercial secrets may be heard in private upon the application of the parties. For cases that are not heard in public, the reasons for not hearing in public shall be announced in court.
