Article 111 If a litigation participant or other person commits any of the following acts, the people's court may impose a fine or Detention; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law:
(1) Forging or destroying important evidence to prevent the people's court from hearing the case;
(2) Using violence, threats, bribes Preventing witnesses from testifying or instigating, bribing, or coercing others into giving false testimony;
(3) Hiding, transferring, selling, or destroying property that has been sealed or seized, or transferring property that has been counted or ordered to be kept
(4) Insult, slander, frame up, beat or retaliate against judicial personnel, litigation participants, witnesses, translators, appraisers, surveyors, and assisting executioners;
>(5) Using violence, threats or other methods to obstruct judicial personnel from performing their duties;
(6) Refusing to fulfill the legally effective judgments or rulings of the People's Court.
The people's court may impose a fine or detain any unit that commits one of the acts listed in the preceding paragraph; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
Article 112: If the parties maliciously collude and attempt to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others through litigation or mediation, the people's court shall reject their request and impose a fine or detention according to the seriousness of the case; if a crime is constituted, the people's court shall, in accordance with the law, Pursuing criminal liability.
Article 113: If a person subject to execution maliciously colludes with others and evades the performance of obligations specified in legal documents through litigation, arbitration or mediation, the people's court shall impose a fine or detain him or her according to the seriousness of the case; this constitutes a crime , be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
