Introduction to Yu Fumin's resume
Yu Fumin, a native of Siping, Jilin, was born in 1954. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at China Ocean University. First, I studied civil and commercial law with Professor Long Sirong and got a master's degree in law. Then I studied criminal law with Professor Wang Mu and got a doctorate in law. He has a wide range of academic interests and published philosophical papers, science fiction and other works 20 years ago. After graduating from college, I stayed as a teaching assistant for three years and then worked as a legal editor for seven years. He was born with the idea that the study of departmental law should precede judicial practice, so he resigned from public office and became a full-time lawyer for 10 years. He has been registered in Jilin Zhongan Law Firm, Dalian Huanghai Law Firm and Beijing Longfa Law Firm, and served as the director of the law firm, and his title was promoted to "first-class lawyer". 1996, 10 was awarded the qualification certificate of securities legal business lawyer by the Ministry of Justice and China Securities Regulatory Commission in June. He went to the United States twice to handle cases and exchange work for two years, and took the lead in providing legal services for overseas investment and listing of China enterprises (reported by Shenzhen Investment Herald, Jilin Daily, Jilin Legal News and other newspapers). Acting as an agent for China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission's arbitration case V20050350 (joint venture contract dispute), (2008) Zhongmaozi No.4953 (Shanghai Branch) arbitration case (international goods sales contract dispute) and other influential international economic and trade arbitration cases; In 2006-2007, he participated in the legal consultant work of short-term financing bonds issuance of Zhonggu Group (the total amount of the second phase was 2 billion yuan); Now he is the legal adviser of assets reorganization and listing of Hongzui Group.
