Can I take the judicial examination after criminal detention? Being a lawyer?

According to the second paragraph of Article 7 1 of the Lawyers Law, you are not allowed to practice as a lawyer. Because in addition to negligent crimes (such as traffic accidents, etc. ), as long as you have been criminally punished, you cannot practice as a lawyer. According to your statement, you were arrested for buying two electric cars. I guess you may be suspected of covering up the crime of concealing the proceeds of crime and the proceeds of crime. Moreover, the crime belongs to intentional crime rather than negligent crime, and you are fined by the court. The fine belongs to the supplementary punishment in criminal law and also belongs to criminal punishment, so you can't work as a lawyer.

The above is just my guess, because you didn't specify the crime of your participation. I also hope that you can realize your dream without intentional crime.
