Can the people's court of first instance rule to dismiss the prosecution of a public prosecution case?

In criminal cases, the court will not rule in the first instance to dismiss the prosecution of the procuratorate. If the court of first instance thinks that the defendant should be found innocent according to law or can't be found guilty because of insufficient evidence, it shall make an acquittal because of insufficient evidence and the alleged charges can't be established. The acquittal of the defendant in a judgment is a judgment, not a ruling.
