2. The lawyer's fee is based on the principal-agent relationship between the client and the lawyer, in other words, the lawyer is the principal's agent. Failure to pay lawyer's fees is the main obligation of failing to perform the entrustment contract, and lawyers have the right to terminate the contract with the parties and no longer take the place of the parties in litigation activities.
3. Lawyers have the right to claim part of the expenses for some litigation activities that have been carried out for the parties.
