2065438+On June 6th, 2009, the Legal Advisory Group of Kunming Bazhong Chamber of Commerce was formally established. On June 18, Yunnan Qi Min Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as Qi Min Firm) began to observe the Bazhong Chamber of Commerce every Tuesday morning according to the agreement with Kunming Bazhong Chamber of Commerce. When I accompanied Mr. Zhou Wenzhong, director of the Institute of Civil Affairs, to the Chamber of Commerce for the first time, I felt a lot. I talked about my feelings in three levels:
I. About Bazhong Chamber of Commerce
Chamber of Commerce creates businessmen, which is the original intention of the Chamber of Commerce. For businessmen, the Chamber of Commerce plays an indispensable role in the network of contacts, information channels, group cooperation, communication between government and enterprises, resource sharing, brand promotion, publicity window, public welfare mutual assistance and so on. However, the Pakistan-China Chamber of Commerce pays more attention to the prevention of corporate legal risks, whether horizontally or vertically.
First, the concept of the rule of law is relatively strong. Acting in accordance with the law and promoting the development of the association are important supports for the establishment, development and growth of the Bazhong Chamber of Commerce. In order to promote the cooperation between Qi Min University and Bazhong Chamber of Commerce, the leaders of the two units have communicated and negotiated many times to clarify the specific work. The introduction of lawyers' team members to work in the Chamber of Commerce in turn, and face-to-face communication, consultation and exchange between lawyers and entrepreneurs will further strengthen entrepreneurs' awareness of the rule of law and will certainly promote the healthy and orderly development of the work of the Chamber of Commerce.
Second, it has strong foresight. Governing the country according to law is an objective need to develop the socialist market economy, a remarkable symbol of social civilization and progress, and a necessary guarantee for the long-term stability of the country. The Chamber of Commerce can stand on the height of social development, think about problems and plan development from the perspective of governing society according to law, and it has strong foresight.
Third, humanistic care is in place. Chamber of Commerce is a social organization for entrepreneurs to seek a sense of belonging. Everyone can warm, encourage and achieve each other under the same roof. The biggest wish of members is to better talk about their hometown, development and cooperation through the platform of the Chamber of Commerce. Chamber of Commerce is the gathering and home of businessmen. How to build this home is the responsibility and feelings of the Chamber of Commerce. Entrepreneurs are deeply worried about the full cooperation of lawyers introduced by the Chamber of Commerce.
Second, about the lawyer himself.
Mutual benefit and win-win is the original intention of establishing a cooperation platform between China Civil Affairs Institute and Bazhong Chamber of Commerce, and it is also the basis for long-term cooperation in the future. Lawyers' active integration into the Chamber of Commerce will play a very good role in promoting the development and growth of the Chamber of Commerce, lawyers and entrepreneurs themselves.
One is the combination of learning and application, which is better tempered and improved in practice. There are many channels to improve lawyers' professional ability, but as the saying goes, "Learn from thousands of books and take the Wan Li Road" and solve specific problems face to face can continuously improve the overall quality of the team. In principle, civil associations in China provide duty service for the Pakistan-China Chamber of Commerce, and only arrange directors, deputy directors, members of the management committee and senior lawyers. However, in this process, some auxiliary and routine work will be arranged for young lawyers to participate, which will definitely promote the healthy, sustainable and upward development of the whole law firm.
The second is to settle down and provide better service. Lawyers of China Civil Affairs Society went to the Pakistan-China Chamber of Commerce to be on duty, and the evaluation mechanism was basically reached with the consent of the leaders of both sides. Every time Qi Min's lawyer is on duty at the Pakistan-China Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce will make a registration feedback on how many people he has received, what legal relations are involved, what specific problems have been solved, whether it is criminal or civil, and how the service quality is. In the long run, it will certainly promote lawyers' sense of responsibility, quality and service, and truly provide high-quality and efficient services for the Chamber of Commerce and its members.
The third is to nip in the bud and better take the pulse for entrepreneurs. There is no such thing as a lawsuit, which is the lifelong hope of every conscientious lawyer; As the saying goes, "treat the disease before illness, treat the disease that will get sick in the middle, and treat the disease that has already got sick." Our service tenet is that lawyers and members of the Chamber of Commerce, together with one heart and one mind, shoulder to shoulder, deal with the problems that individuals may face and the risks that enterprises may have before they get sick, so that enterprises can develop continuously, long-term, stably and harmoniously. Of course, for the problems that arise, within the framework of the law, we will strive to cooperate with entrepreneurs to solve them with high quality and efficiency.
Third, about the members of the Chamber of Commerce.
It's hard to circle if you don't follow the rules. Today, with the strengthening of the rule of law, it is bound to be difficult for every entrepreneur to do things without a legal framework if he wants to make his own enterprise bigger, stronger and famous.
