This kind of evaluation is directly related to the personal dignity and social status of civil subjects, and is an important personal interest. If a citizen's right to name, portrait, reputation, or honor is infringed upon, he or she has the right to demand an end to the infringement, restoration of reputation, elimination of the impact, apology, and compensation for losses.

Article 42 of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" who commits any of the following acts shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than 500 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to not less than five days but not less than ten days The following detentions may be combined with a fine of up to five hundred yuan:
