Jiang Qiwang, male, Han nationality, 1974 was born in Fuyu Village, Xiabaishi Town, Fu 'an City, Fujian Province. On the afternoon of February 27th, 2002, around 1, Zhu Fengling, a villager in Fuyu village of Xiabaishi Town, had an argument with Jiang Qiwang because a pager used with Jiang Qiwang in the village was damaged, and they wrestled together in front of Zhu's feeding hall in the village. During the scuffle, Zhu Fengling kicked Jiang Qiwang in the abdomen, and Jiang Qiwang fell to the ground and died.

The forensic identification process of Fuan Public Security Bureau is sloppy and the result is unfair.
Why didn't the autopsy report go to the victim's family?
Chen Chengtong, the forensic doctor of Fuan Public Security Bureau, is a classmate of Zhu Fengling's father-in-law. At that time, only the same forensic doctor Chen Chengtong did the autopsy. At that time, we suspected that Chen Chengtong had taken bribes, but there was no evidence. Now Chen Cheng Tong has been detained by the Fuan Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection for corruption and bribery.
It is precisely because the forensic expert concluded that Zhu Fengling's kick in Jiang Qiwang's abdomen was obviously slight that the Fuan Public Security Bureau decided not to file a case.
Fuan City Public Security Bureau did not issue a death certificate, which did not comply with the relevant provisions of the law.
