It is illegal to sell electricity without permission.

4 unauthorized use of power equipment that has been suspended by the power supply enterprise, or unauthorized use of power equipment that has been sealed by the power supply enterprise;

5. Unauthorized migration, modification or unauthorized operation of power metering devices, power load control devices, power supply facilities and user power receiving equipment dispatched by power supply enterprises;

6, without the permission of the power supply enterprise, the power supply or self-provided power supply is introduced and connected to the power grid without authorization.

For the above-mentioned illegal use of electricity, the power supply enterprise can recover the electricity fee according to the illegal facts and consequences, and collect the electricity fee and other fees stipulated by the state in accordance with the provisions of the the State Council electric power management department; If the circumstances are serious, the power supply can be stopped in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the state.

Article 38

In violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, one of the following acts shall be ordered by the administrative department of electric power to make corrections, confiscate the illegal income, and may be fined not more than 5 times the illegal income:
