Is the court debate in criminal trial broadcast live?

1. Prosecutor: file, indictment, interrogation plan for the defendant, and public prosecution opinions. The clerk brought the court records.

2. Defender: copy of the case, inquiry plan, defense opinions, and self-collected evidence.

3. collegiate bench: a copy of the case, the judge's interrogation plan, and the indictment (if the new judge wants to speak in a procedural way, to prevent violation of the procedural law).

In the court debate stage, the prosecution and the defense read the manuscript in the first round. If there are differences, they will have a second round of debate. If they are not prepared, they will improvise, but if they are fully prepared, they will still read the manuscript.
