What is a legal document?

Legal documents are documents used by judicial administrative organs, parties and lawyers in solving litigation and non-litigation cases. Legal documents include normative legal documents with universal binding force and non-normative legal documents without universal binding force, that is, legal documents in a narrow sense. Article 249

Property or tickets designated for delivery in legal documents shall be delivered by the executor himself, or handed over by the executor and signed by the consignee.

If the relevant unit holds property or tickets, it shall transfer them according to the notice of assistance in execution of the people's court, and the consignee shall sign for them.
