When writing legal opinions, attention should be paid to:
1. The title of the legal opinion should directly indicate the main idea of the opinion, such as the legal opinion suggesting that the procuratorial organ make a xxX decision on the case of XX crime.
Second, the opinions submitted should be clear and unambiguous, put forward specific opinions and explain specific reasons.
Third, the opinions put forward should be well-founded.
Fourth, the earlier the submission time, the better.
Legal basis: Article 144 of the Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by Public Security Organs stipulates that the period of investigation and detention of criminal suspects after arrest shall not exceed two months. If the case is complicated and the investigation cannot be concluded at the expiration of the time limit, a written opinion shall be issued to request approval to extend the detention period for investigation. With the approval of the person in charge of the public security organ at or above the county level, it shall be sent to the people's procuratorate at the same level seven days before the expiration of the time limit and forwarded to the people's procuratorate at the next higher level for approval and extension for one month.
