(1) Persons with the following qualifications may apply for the examination:

(2) If the recruitment position meets the requirements of grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience, refers to the experience of working in organs below the county level, as well as in institutions,
Working experience in economic and social organizations such as state-owned enterprises and village (community) organizations. Unemployed college graduates who leave school go to the internship base of college graduates (the base is grass-roots units) to participate in internships or go to the list of enterprises.
The experience of participating in project research and working in units below regimental level can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience's calculation time ends in September 15, 20 14.
If the recruitment position is oriented to serving grassroots project personnel, the applicants must be college graduates recruited by our province to participate in the "three supports and one support" plan for college graduates or the volunteer service plan for western regions, the volunteer service plan for poverty-stricken counties, and the special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage, who have passed the service period and passed the examination.
For the recruitment of retired college soldiers, the applicants must be full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities enrolled in accordance with the national enrollment plan, and retired soldiers who have joined the army from our province and have completed their active service (including graduation).

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants, those who have been dismissed for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam.
Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions with avoidance relationship after being hired.
