In 2005, Huang Leping founded the first public welfare website in China-China Industrial Injury Compensation Network, and in 2006, he opened the first industrial injury rights hotline in China. In the same year, Beijing Yilian Labor Law Aid and Research Center was initiated to provide professional legal aid services for poor workers, especially migrant workers, and devoted to the research and publicity of labor capacity, policies and legislation.
Huang Leping was qualified as a lawyer in China in March 2000. After graduating from the law major of Capital Normal University in 2004, he joined a central state-owned enterprise as a full-time legal adviser. He is good at human resources legal risk control, and is proficient in human resources management system design, labor contract management system design and complex labor relations handling. During his tenure as legal adviser, Huang Leping represented more than 1,000 cases 1000, and many cases set a precedent for domestic justice. Huang Leping has served as the legal adviser of more than 20 large enterprises, and has trained human resources law for more than 100 enterprises and institutions, which has been widely praised.
However, sometimes an experience can change a person. Huang Leping did not expect that his fate would turn because of a basketball game organized by his unit. In that basketball match, Huang Leping unfortunately injured his knee. After experiencing unbearable pain and surgical rehabilitation, it took him nearly three years to get the work-related injury identification and compensation in order to fight for the legitimate rights and interests of work-related injuries. Huang Leping deeply feels that it is not easy for workers to defend their rights. As a full-time legal adviser, it is still so difficult and tortuous to fight for labor security rights and interests without professional knowledge. Ordinary workers, especially migrant workers, find it more difficult to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests after encountering work-related injuries and labor disputes.
As a result, Huang Leping came up with the idea of consulting migrant workers about work-related injuries. During his sick leave, he complained, and according to his own experience, he wrote a monograph on the protection of workers' rights and interests at work in order to help others. This book about knowledge and emotion was published in September 2004. Because of its emphasis on practice and strong operability, it is deeply loved by readers and has a strong market response. People who ask for help have contacted Huang Leping for advice. At this time, Huang Leping also left his original unit to work in a law firm, and the idea of taking legal aid for industrial injury rights protection as a part-time job outside the lawyer's work is also taking shape.
Soon, in April, 2005, Huang Leping opened the first industrial injury rights protection website in China-China Industrial Injury Compensation Network, which answered questions for employees through the network platform and popularized the knowledge of labor law. In March, 2006, Huang Leping opened a hotline for safeguarding rights at work, which is also the first hotline for safeguarding rights at work in China. In the same year, a social labor consultation center was established. Through the efforts of Huang Leping and its members, Yishe quickly developed into Beijing Yilian Labor Law Assistance and Research Center in 2007.
Beijing Yilian Labor Law Assistance and Research Center (hereinafter referred to as Yilian) was established in September 2007. It is a non-profit organization (NGO) approved by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and registered by Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. Under the leadership of Huang Leping, Yilian has directly provided more than 6,543,800 person-times of legal aid, benefiting more than 550,000 people, including 504 cases1case, which helped the parties obtain compensation of more than 65,438+45 million yuan. Many cases have set a domestic judicial precedent and promoted the progress of legal system construction. Yilian insists on paying equal attention to safeguarding rights and maintaining stability, and always strictly builds a legal aid team politically. 59 collective cases were successfully handled, without any petition or excessive behavior, and mass incidents with great social impact were resolved many times. A number of cases, represented by Yilian, created a precedent for judicial decisions on labor rights protection, which had a wide social impact. Because of his outstanding contribution in the field of industrial injury rights protection, Huang Leping was praised as "the first person to protect industrial injury rights" by CCTV and other media.
