If the criminal case file is accepted as evidence by the court, it shall be kept in the court. If it is not used as evidence, it belongs to the principal, and the agent shall return it, but has the right to copy and file it. If the client requests the agent to provide the files and materials obtained by acting as an agent, the agent shall make a copy or duplicate, and shall not provide the original or the original.
