1. If the parties are in the mainland, the easiest way is to let them go to the court to file a case and go through the entrustment procedures on the spot.
2. If the party concerned is not in Chinese mainland, the entrustment formalities shall be notarized by China Legal Service (Macau) Co., Ltd. or the Civil Registry of Macao Judicial Affairs Office before being submitted to the people's court.
